Coding fonts should be fixed width. I also prefer them to be uhm, squarish. Courier New and Consolas does that. I remember Jeff Atwood saying Consolas 15 point is good. I tried it at the work office, because I got a larger monitor, and I felt my eyes getting attacked by the relatively smaller font. Switched to Consolas 15 point in Visual Studio, and all is well...
